These terms and conditions are for the UK.
If you are not from the UK, please remember to abide by the laws of the country you are in. For those outside of the UK, please refer to the appropriate terms and conditions that are relevant to your country.

All orders are despatched from our warehouse via Royal Mail, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
Orders must be placed before 2pm on a working day (mon-fri) to be processed that day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
UK DELIVERY: 1-3 working days from £3.95 (Royal Mail 1st Class Post)
EU + IRELAND: 2-5 working days from £5.95
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Up to 7 working days (depending on location) from £7.95
NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE (UK ONLY): 24 hour service from £7.95 (via Courier)

Delivery outside of the UK: Please note that we do our best to ensure prompt delivery to addresses outside of the UK. We can guarantee that all packages reach your country of destination but we cannot guarantee the service within that country. If you do have any problems with your delivery, please contact the postal service working in your area. We cannot offer refunds or compensations for goods ordered outside of the United Kingdom.
